Please note that we do not have a secure server to accept credit card orders. Therefore, your credit card information will be sent in plain text via email to us. If you are not comfortable with this, please send us the info in several emails, a check @ least 3 weeks before, or call or fax the credit card info. Charges will show up on your bill as: GIFT MUSIC BOOK & COLLECTIBLES/Chicago Heights,IL. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS!! .
If this charge comes back as a Dispute, & it winds up being debited from our account, you will be required to bring CASH Only to the weekend, with an an extra $20 Processing Fee assessed for a Total of $184 CASH. Thank You For Your Understanding.
The New LOWER registration fee is $164, which is the Total Cost & NOT REFUNDABLE. It is due three 3 weeks before the weekend PLEASE. .
+++ If we have Not Received it By Then, YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE WEEKEND, & If we Do Not Have Enough Couples Registered, THE WEEKEND MAY BE CANCELLED! +++
NO REFUNDS - money will be applied to next open weekend, even if that is after your wedding date, whether we reschedule, due to low enrollment, or you do, so please PLAN AHEAD with your jobs.  If paying by credit card, clicking on the submit button authorizes GIFT MUSIC MINISTRY to charge $164 to the credit card now. .
Without the full fee, your space will not be held, even if we get your completed registration.
